Due to the change in business format, ‘yae shokudo’ reopens as ‘yae coffee’ at the same location in Ayagawa-cho, Ayauta-gun, Kagawa. Using the architecture, space and brand of its predecessor, it is exploring a new identity as a coffee shop. The owner, who has experience of running a café in the historically rich Busshozan area of Takamatsu, is now creating an attractive coffee shop that will serve as a casual regional hub and a place for cultural dissemination.
